She bit her gum and lip on the way down. Her instructer said she would definately need stitches. After a 3 hour wait at the ER,the docter said she needed to go to another hospital 2 hours away, put some selotape type stuff on and sent her away. Once she'd seen the facial surgery docter he gave her 4 injections and 6 stitches then sent her home telling her to come back and have them taken out in a weeks time. Both my kids had asthma crisis when they were younger and ER is a place I know very well. I saw all types of injuries and it really is frighten when we see kids with blood and we really don't know the extension of the injury. For us, parents, it's always very stressful to see our kids suffering so much. I’m glad it all ended up well and the injury was not that bad.
